What does the PDF Merge tool do?
The KitLumi PDF Merge tool copies every page from the selected documents into one new PDF in the displayed file order. The documents are not sent to a processing API.
How do you combine PDF files?
- Add or drop at least two PDF files, with no more than 100 MB selected in total.
- Use the arrow controls to arrange the file order and remove any unwanted document.
- Select Merge PDFs, confirm the page count, and download
merged.pdf.

What can prevent a PDF from merging?
Encryption, malformed page objects, unsupported security handlers, or insufficient device memory can stop the merge. The tool reports the library error without uploading the document for diagnosis.

No. The PDF engine is loaded by the page, then selected files are read and merged in the browser.
Can I change the PDF order?
Yes. Use the up and down controls beside each file before merging. Every page in a file stays together in its original order.
Can the tool merge password-protected PDFs?
Not reliably. Remove the password with an authorized PDF application before merging. Damaged or unsupported encrypted files produce an error.
Does merging change page quality?
PDF pages are copied into a new document rather than converted to images, so the page content is not intentionally recompressed.
